Unofficial Fan Site

When Is Dune? is an unofficial, fan-made project created for informational and entertainment purposes. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Warner Bros. Entertainment, Legendary Entertainment, IMAX, the estate of Frank Herbert, Herbert Properties LLC, or any other party involved in the production or distribution of the “Dune” films or books.

Trademarks & Copyright

“Dune”, “Dune: Part Three”, character names, and related marks and copyrights are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to identify the film. This site claims no ownership of them. Trailers are embedded with YouTube’s official player from the studio’s published videos and remain the property of their owners; no film footage, posters or artwork are hosted on this site. Short quotations from Frank Herbert’s novels are used for commentary. The site’s logo, countdown graphics and share images are original works.

IMDb, Letterboxd and IMAX names and logos appear only as links to those services and belong to their owners.

Accuracy

Release dates, cast details and screening information are compiled from public announcements and reputable press coverage, and may change at the discretion of the film’s distributors. Please confirm showtimes and ticket details with your cinema or the official film website.

Tickets & Third-Party Links

This site does not sell tickets and earns no commission from ticket links. Links to the official film site, IMAX, IMDb, Letterboxd, YouTube and social networks lead to third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy policies, for which this site is not responsible.

Voluntary Support

The site has no ads, paywall or merchandise. The optional Ethereum address on the homepage accepts voluntary contributions toward hosting and upkeep. Contributions are gifts: they buy no goods, services, access or rights, are not tax-deductible, and, being on-chain transfers, cannot be refunded. Blockchain transactions are public.

Privacy

• No accounts, no cookies of our own. The site does not ask for or store your name, email or other personal details.
• Analytics. Anonymous, aggregated page-view and performance statistics are collected with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which do not use cookies.
• Trailers. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. The player then loads from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), and Google’s privacy policy applies to that playback.
• Local storage. Which trailers you have played is remembered in your own browser only, to show the “witnessed” marks. It is never sent to us; clearing your site data removes it.
• Sharing. Share buttons open the chosen network (X, Facebook, Reddit, WhatsApp) or your device’s share sheet; nothing is posted on your behalf.
